Benjamin Salzberg is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt  with 20 + years of experience in real estate, business transformation, corporate training, project management , safety, quality management, sales and operations.

He has successfully contributed to savings of over $50 million in his career by driving various Lean Six Sigma projects. Benjamin holds a School of Business ( IIT ) and an MAT in teaching from National Louis University.

Benjamin is a Co-Founder of Self Storage Developers and serves as the company’s COO. Benjamin is responsible for creating and implementing strategic operating procedures for our facilities.

Bill Kanatas began his real estate career as an investor and financier in 1994. Since then he has Co-Founded several companies that have financed and developed both residential and commercial properties.

As a developer, Bill has developed and co-owned several up projects such as, neighborhood retail centers, multi tenant office buildings and medical office condos. During his career, Bill has developed and disposed nearly $50M worth of commercial properties.

As a financier, Bill has owned and operated both commercial and residential mortgage companies.

Bill is a Co-Founder of Self Storage Developers and serves as the Company’s CFO. As CFO Bill utilizes his skills in creating financial models and preforms for each project developed or acquired by the company.

Peter Cotsirilos is long time real estate investor and a Certified Commercial Investment Member ( CCIM )

Peter’s ability to maximize underperforming real estate assets is rooted in his experience as a former founding principal of a high-volume supermarket for 25 years that at one time was the fourth highest volume store in a 700 store cooperative.

For the last 10 years, Peter’s focus has been on identifying, procuring and repositioning assets. Peter is a Co-Founder of Self Storage Developers and serves as the Company’s CAO. Peter is responsible for the company’s site selections, acquisitions and dispositions.
