Bill Kanatas began his real estate career as an investor and financier in 1994. Since then he has Co-Founded several companies that have financed and developed both residential and commercial properties. As a developer, Bill has developed and co-owned several ground up projects such as, neighborhood retail centers, multi tenant office buildings and medical office condos. During his career, Bill has developed and disposed nearly $50M worth of commercial properties. As a financier, Bill has owned and operated both commercial and residential mortgage companies . Bill is a Co-Founder of Self Storage Developers and serves as the Company’s CFO. As CFO Bill utilizes his skills in creating financial models and proformas for each project developed or acquired by the company.
