Al Coulolias spent the bulk of his business career founding a telecommunications corporation, which ranked in Money Magazine’s “Top 500 Fastest-Growing Companies”. After selling his firm to a Fortune 500 company, Al turned his attention to commercial real estate, which allowed Al to hone his skills in a number of aspects of real estate investments. Al has been intricate in developing and maintaining successful investment relationships throughout his 45 year career. Al is a Co-founder of Self Storage Developers and serves as it’s CIO.
